What if my house uses more or less oil than your estimate?
We adjust. Our dispatch software recalibrates after every delivery based on actual usage, so your profile gets more accurate over time. If you add a new heat source, lose a tenant, or change something else that affects usage, just give us a call and we will update the account.
Can I cancel automatic delivery?
Anytime. One phone call. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and we will switch you to will-call without questions. Most customers stay enrolled for decades, but we have never held anyone in the program against their will.
What if I am not home when the truck arrives?
You do not need to be. Your tank’s fill pipe is outside, and our drivers fill it without entering the home. You will get an emailed receipt the same day showing gallons delivered and the price per gallon.
What happens during a really cold stretch?
Our system already accounts for cold weather. When temperatures drop, every account on the route gets recalculated against heating-degree-day data, and high-usage homes move up the queue. During major cold snaps we run extra delivery routes, including weekends. Automatic customers come first.
